Amazing Grace Group Homes

Private and shared rooms, with three meals served daily.

Wi-Fi and access to a laundry room.

Staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Case management provided by a master's-level social worker.

Staff monitor residents as they self-administer their own medications; staff do not administer medications.

Transportation is provided for emergencies only. We help residents arrange non-emergency transportation through their insurance benefits.

We primarily serve adults ages 35 and older, with other adult applicants considered case by case.
